Hello hello!
The attached article concerns the recent meeting between President Barack Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and what they discussed in regards to Iran. As some people may know, President Obama has been using language that basically says that the US will probably be trying to have some sort of dialogue with Iran. This has concerned Israel some because the Iranian leader, President Alphabet the Holocaust Never Really Happened Anyways, is a die hard "Death to Israel," kind of guy. Not to mention he wants to build a nuclear weapon AHEM I mean reactor for energy purposes, but everyone seems to be waving the bullsh*t flag on that one. Basically Prime Minister Netanyahu wants reassurance from President Obama that there will not be dragged out, meaningless talks with Iran if they continue their nuclear aspirations because a nuke for Iran means an enormous threat to Israel.
Essentially, the article says that Obama told Netanyahu that he would “gauge and do a reassessment by the end of the year" of whether or not diplomacy was working. So what happens after that year? Well he didn't say. However, he did not say that military action is out of the question. So what's going to happen?
Personally, I am not certain. Ever since I was a kid I remember noticing that there was always something bad happening in Middle East and Israel always seemed to be the innocent party, which I think is actually the case. I'm not sure how the tensions began between Israel and the Islamic world but I'm going to go out on a whim here and say it's religous. But I don't know how the Palestinians and the Israelites got to where they have now in terms of the tension between them. I know that there was a problem with Jewish settlements being set up in the West Bank and the Palestinians didn't like that but that's the extent of what I know.
I personally feel that Iran, a country that openly supports Palestine and wants Israel wiped off the map, needs to be let at the big kids table for some talks under the conditions that they stall nuclear research and production. I'm not at all comfortable with Iran, or any extremist country for that matter, having a nuclear weapon in their arsenal. This is mostly because I feel that a large number of individuals in those regions would willingly die to see Israel, or any other Christian city disintegrate under an yellow mushroom cloud. In my opinion any nation, such as Iran, that screams, "Death to the Infidels" over its airwaves like it's the Pleadge of Allegiance should be kept in check and if necessary, taken out. Hopefully military action won't be necessary and everything will be ok. I guess we'll just wait and see....
